They always arrive before dinner. One waits among flowers, perfectly composed. The other stands wrapped in a veil that seems to float around her, even when there’s no breeze. 

For 22 years, the family behind Pru Thai has been sharing its recipes and hospitality, first becoming a town staple in Clinton and now bringing those traditions to the heart of Lambertville. Perhaps that’s what drew these two beautiful spirits to the windows: some things are simply worth coming back for.
