As we walk, take a look at the County Administration Building on the north side of Indiana Avenue. DeLand's oldest residents remember the bandshell and post office that used to stand here. During the Great Depression of the 1930s, RC "Pop" Bushnell conducted concerts here on Sunday afternoons.
