These are part of a series called Stars and Constellations. I created this in September using full size sunflowers. It's related to the Micro/Macrocosm connecting to the depths of the ocean with outer space.
It's something that is hopeful and keeping the question of where did we come from and learning more about ourselves and nature during the pandemic.
During the pandemic, my work fluctuates from various styles and I find myself constantly making work and exploring various mediums to keep sane. I find myself with a burst of creatively to cope with current events in the world.
